2. Bài mẫu
The given maps show a current industrial site and the proposal for a new residential area.
The industrial site is a rectangular area that spreads over a building block, overlooking streets on all sides. Visitors can find access to the area from the entrance near Chimney Road to the North side. Here, they would be greeted by a receptionist before parking their car to the West wing of the block. A office building is located to the far South end, in which there are separate rooms for different departments. Here, staff can enjoy their lunch at the canteen. The bigger building to the East is the main factory and the smaller one to the West is the storage.
It has been proposed that all of the present facilities be removed so as to completely renovate the area. Residents could either enter the neighborhood from Swallow Street from the South side, or they could enter from Pie Walk from the East side. Either way allows drivers to park their car in a designated area within walking distance to their homes. This is because there are private roads that run along the buildings within the premise, offering both security and convenience.
The plan showcases a variety of accommodations that suit the needs of different households. There are semi-attached houses, one with three bedrooms and one with four, which could meet the demands of big families. The North wing features a row of two-bedroom homes for smaller family units. Meanwhile, an apartment building to the East could be more suitable for singles and couples. Notably, all buildings face inwards, to a communal garden, enjoying a peaceful atmosphere with a nice view.
Overall, the area is projected to undergo a drastic shift. It would no longer be a manufacturing site, but an exclusive neighborhood catering to various households.
