1. Do you think it is a good idea to let animals stay in local parks for people to visit?
Hmm, it really depends on the situation. If we’re talking about animals that are naturally found in those areas, like birds, squirrels, or even deer, then yeah, I think it’s great. It allows people to interact with wildlife in a natural setting and appreciate them up close.
But if the idea is to bring in exotic animals or keep them there for entertainment, then I don’t think it’s a good idea. Wild animals belong in the wild, not in a park surrounded by people. Plus, some animals could be stressed out or even become aggressive in an unnatural environment. So, overall, I think parks should only have animals that can thrive naturally there.
- exotic animals: động vật hiếm, lạ
2. What kind of people like to visit natural places?
I’d say people who enjoy a break from city life are usually drawn to natural places. You know, those who feel burned out from work or just need to escape the daily grind, they’d probably love spending time in nature.
Also, people who are into outdoor activities, like hiking, camping, or birdwatching, would definitely prefer nature over, say, a shopping mall. And of course, photographers love these places too, because natural landscapes can be stunning and perfect for taking pictures.
That being said, I think everyone enjoys nature to some extent, but whether they actually make time for it is a different story.
- escape the daily grind: trốn cuộc sống tất bật hằng ngày
- burned out from work : vất vả làm việc
3. What are the differences between a natural place and a city?
Oh, there are tons of differences! First off, the air quality. Natural places have fresh, clean air, while cities are often polluted and full of traffic fumes. Another big difference is the noise. Cities are always bustling with people, cars honking, and construction sounds, whereas natural places are much quieter and more peaceful, you mostly hear birds chirping or leaves rustling.
Also, in cities, you’re surrounded by skyscrapers, crowded streets, and artificial lights, but in nature, it’s open spaces, trees, and natural sunlight. I think both environments have their own appeal, but people always go for nature when they need to relax.
- birds chirping or leaves rustling: chim hót, lá kêu xào xạc
4. Is going to the park the only way to get close to nature?
Not at all! Parks are a great option, but there are plenty of other ways to experience nature. For example, if someone lives near a river or a beach, they can just take a walk along the shore and enjoy the fresh air.
Even in the city, people can bring a little bit of nature into their daily lives—like growing plants at home, having a small garden, or even just sitting near a window with a view of some trees. And of course, for those who want a full-on nature experience, they can go hiking, camping, or even take a weekend trip to a national park.
So yeah, nature is all around us, we just have to make an effort to appreciate it.
5. Do you know any wild animals in the city?
Yeah! Even though cities seem too crowded for wildlife, there are still some animals that manage to adapt. In my city, I often see pigeons everywhere, they’re basically the city’s unofficial residents. There are also stray cats and dogs, and, of course, insects like butterflies, dragonflies, and bees are quite common. It’s actually surprising how wildlife finds a way to survive, even in a place dominated by concrete and skyscrapers.
- manage to adapt: thích ứng được
- stray cats and dogs: chó hoang mèo lạc
