1. What do you think has led to the growth in the tourism industry?
These days, people can travel farther and cheaper, thanks to the emergence of long-haul transportation, together with technological advancements. By that I mean, in the past, it was nearly impossible for a normal person to go to a different continent, but now, they can easily book a flight ticket and get to their destinations within a day. Also, the development of technology allows tourism to operate with fewer personnel, which can be translated to less cost a passenger has to cover.

2. Why are some places popular to visit in Vietnam?
Come to think of it, a famous place that attracts tourists must contain the cultural values or represent the geographical beauty of that country. For Vietnam, places like Ha Noi, Ninh Binh, Cao Bang or Phu Quoc have amazed both local and foreign travellers by their richness in culture and beauty. There are still many worth-visiting places like those in Vietnam, so the country has been in the bucket list of many keen travellers around the globe.

- richness: sự trù phú

3. Where do you think people want to go most during the holidays?
It really depends. Some people would go for a coastal city but some others might lean towards a mountainous area. But if there are a few things in common in those places, and I guess they are the geographical beauty, succulent cuisine and sometimes the tranquility. City dwellers would love to go to these places to stay away from the hustle and bustle, recharge their batteries and have quality time with their families and friends.
