1. Are you often busy?
I would say so. I usually have a lot on my plate because I don’t like to while away my time doing unnecessary tasks. Therefore, I usually take on multiple projects at the same time. Ticking off my to-do list also gives me a sense of achievement.

2. What are the advantages and disadvantages when people keep busy?
There are various benefits to being constantly occupied. First of all, it hones one’s time management skills. When people are busy, they must learn how to prioritize their tasks and keep track of deadlines. This would also train them into disciplined and responsible individuals. However, handling too much work at the same time may cause one to feel overwhelmed, leading to many physical and mental illnesses such as anxiety, stress, insomnia, and in extreme cases, a stroke.

3. Do you think children should learn through playing games or under pressure?
I think they could learn from both. Most of the time, learning while playing is considered a superior solution because when one’s brain is relaxed, they are more likely to take in knowledge more easily. However, learning under pressure also has its perks. For example, setting a time limit on a task for a group of children can trigger competitiveness, which would make them more engaged in the process of learning new things.

4. What kind of pressure people may experience at work?
There are a few types of pressure that workers may feel in the workplace. The first one is the pressure to perform. A lot of workers may have a feeling of incompetence when they fail to do all the tasks assigned. Another problem that these people may face is with social connections. Some people are diffident when it comes to socializing, so being in an open office could be a real challenge for them.

5. How does technology help with time management?
There are many ways in which technological devices and applications could assist people with time management skills. For example, Google Calendar – an app on mobile phones – can be used to keep track of deadlines, create reminders for upcoming events or special occasions. Everything is stored online with just a click of a button, so it saves people the hassle of having to carry around their notes everywhere.

6. Does technology distract people?
As much as technological advancements have boosted people’s work efficiency, they also decrease it. A lot of times when people are working and there is a notification that pops up on their phone, they are inclined to pick up the phone and check that notification. This makes them lose the thread of their work and therefore, lower their productivity.
