1. Bài mẫu (Sample)
I must sound like a broken record talking about this, I know, but let me tell you about the night I lost my voice, my mind, and quite possibly my dignity — all thanks to Taylor Swift. So, it was March 2024, and I had flown to Singapore with my friends, some old, some new. Our bags were packed to the brim with homemade outfits and handmade friendship bracelets.
Now, I had been to concerts before, but nothing — and I mean nothing — prepared me for the sheer scale and spectacle of the Eras Tour. During the entire weekend, I could see fellow fans left, right, front, and center. It’s like the city was exploding with music maniacs! And as if that’s not enough, the moment we stepped into the National Stadium, it felt like we had entered a parallel universe where everyone spoke in lyrics and screamed in unison. There were over 50,000 of us, but somehow it felt like there was just one, strolling around, humming to the songs blasted from shopping mall speakers.
Given the scale, it was only understandable that we had to queue for hours to get safety clearance. But it was alright since my friends and I got the chance to befriend fans from Thailand, the Philippines, and basically every South East Asian countries you can name. We traded bracelets, stories, and theories about surprise songs. When the screen finally started to countdown, I started to black out while the entire stadium turned into a karaoke. And then came “You Belong With Me”and I felt like I was 15 again.
But what made it unforgettable wasn’t just the music or the production, though I had a blast singing along the acoustic rendition of my favorite song, “long story short”. It was the feeling of being part of something bigger — a community stitched together by shared memories and melodies. For three hours, we weren’t strangers. We were Swifties, screaming our hearts out under the same sky.

1. Do most people prefer to take part in big events or in small activities?
It really depends on the person, and possibly their natal charts if you believe in astrology. Some people crave for like concerts, festivals, or New Year’s countdowns, where the energy is electric and glitter is mandatory. Others prefer small activities like board game nights, café hopping, or pretending to read at a bookstore while eavesdropping on strangers. So to sum it up, big events are for the extroverts and adrenaline junkies while intimate events are for introverts and snack enthusiasts. But then again, I guess there’s a thing called ambivert too, where the person need a little bit of both world.

2. What do people usually do during big events?
Honestly, I’m not a seasoned party-goer, so I would guess the usual, like screaming at the top of your lungs, being overtly friendly to strangers, and occasionally embarrassing their friends in the crowd. You would need to queue for food, toilets, and merch like it’s a competitive sport. One thing I find fascinating though, is that people often take blurry photos that somehow capture zero of the actual events but all the chaos. These are basically emotional rollercoasters with overpriced snacks and unforgettable memories.

3. Is the organization of big events very important in your country?
Oh, it should be. Let’s just say most Vietnamese have a bit of a “go with the flow”mindset when it comes to practically everything. After all, we’re considered the Italians of the East. I’ve heard incidents of public events where participants find themselves in a crowd with no clear entrance, no working toilets, and a security team that looks just as baffled as the visitors. And don’t even get me started on traffic. A glorious mess on a regular day. An astronomical disaster when streets are closed for festivals. But somehow, miraculously, it all still works. I mean, people show up, have fun, and laugh about the chaos later. It’s not smooth, but it’s got character. And lots of honking.
