2. Bài mẫu
In many large organizations, senior executives / directors are paid significantly higher salaries than ordinary employees. While some people believe that this salary gap / income gap is necessary, I believe that it is reasonable for directors to earn more than ordinary employees due to their responsibilities and expertise. This essay will discuss both viewpoints.
On the one hand, supporters of high executive salaries argue that directors shoulder responsibilities far greater than regular staff. They are required to make strategic decisions that can determine the success or failure of an entire company. In addition, these positions demand exceptional leadership skills and years of experience, which justify higher financial rewards. Furthermore, competitive salaries are essential to attract and retain talent in a highly competitive business environment.
On the other hand, critics claim that the income gap between directors and employees has become excessively wide. In many cases, executives earn dozens of times more than ordinary workers, even though company success largely depends on the collective effort of the workforce. This inequality can lead to low morale, dissatisfaction, and a sense of injustice among employees. From a broader perspective, such extreme pay differences may also worsen income inequality in society.
In conclusion, although high salaries for directors can be justified, excessive income inequality within organizations is unfair and potentially harmful. A more balanced pay structure would benefit both employees and companies in the long term.
