Nhìn chung, tỷ lệ doanh nghiệp gặp khó khăn trong việc tuyển lao động có tay nghề luôn cao nhất ở tất cả các lĩnh vực trong cả hai năm, trong khi khó khăn với nhân sự quản lý/kỹ thuật là thấp nhất.
- Về xu hướng:

2. Bài mẫu
The table compares the levels of difficulty experienced by employers in four industries when recruiting skilled, unskilled, and technical or managerial staff in 2003 and 2004.
Overall, employers reported the greatest difficulty in hiring skilled workers, whereas recruiting technical and managerial staff was consistently the least problematic. It is also noticeable that companies struggling to fill technical and managerial positions saw declines in every sector, while difficulties in recruiting skilled and unskilled workers generally increased, leaving aside Commerce.
In terms of skilled workers, Manufacturing experienced the highest level of recruitment difficulty, rising markedly from 45% to 51%. The figures for Building and Services were relatively comparable, both climbing from approximately 42% to 45%. In contrast, Commerce was the only sector that had overcome difficulty in staff recruitment, evidenced by a fall from 47% to 41%. The same pattern was nearly mirrored in unskilled labour, with Manufacturing and Building registering an upward trend from 26% and 21% to 28% and 23%. Meanwhile, Services showed a more substantial jump from 20% to 29%, making it the most affected sector in 2004. Once again, Commerce diverged from this trend, with its figure declining from 22% to 19%.
Turning to technical and managerial staff, Manufacturing and Building were the two sectors experiencing the greatest difficulty, although both recorded declines, falling from 8% to 6% and from 14% to 10% respectively. These figures were followed by the Services sector, where the proportion decreased from 5% to 2%, and Commerce, which reported virtually no difficulty in recruiting this type of staff.
