1. Are there wild animals in your country?
Yes, Vietnam is a tropical country with a lot of natural forests, so a wide variety of species thrive here. In fact, there is a place where people can visit and see monkeys and chimpanzees of all sorts in their natural habitat called Monkey Island in Can Gio. It is a fascinating tourist attraction.
2. Have you ever been to a zoo or a safari park?
Indeed I have, The Saigon Zoo & Botanic Garden is actually my go-to place whenever I feel down and want to wander somewhere to ease my mind. There are not only a lot of animals but also a lot of flora of different kinds that we can observe and take pictures with. My favorite spot in the zoo is probably the tiger’s cage because I always am in awe of how majestic the animal is.
3. What is the animal you would like to see in the wild?
I would love to see penguins in the wild. Penguins are my spirit animal as they are absolutely adorable. I developed this love for penguins after watching the animation “Happy Feet”. I would do anything it takes to have a chance to see them in the wild or even better, to pet them. Can’t help it, I love their little wings and feet.
4. Are there TV programs about wild animals in your country?
I surely have caught sight of some nature documentaries about animals in different environments from the deserts to the sea being broadcast on TV. My personal favorite would be the episodes when two very mighty animals fight, like a hippo versus a crocodile. It fascinates me to see the animals showing how amazing and powerful they are.
