1. What do you often talk about with your new friends?
It kind of depends. With new friends, I usually start by breaking the ice with light conversations, like talking about shared interests or hobbies. If we meet through work or university, we often discuss what we’re working on or recent projects, which helps us get the ball rolling. As we get to know each other better, I love chatting about deeper topics like travel experiences or even dreams for the future. I find these kinds of conversations really help to strike up a connection and build a meaningful friendship.

It’s been great to expand my circle with someone who has so much in common with me.

3. Did you make a lot of friends when you were a child?
Well, I wasn’t exactly the most outgoing kid, so I didn’t make a ton of friends. I was a bit on the shy side. But the few friends I did make were really close, and we were thick as thieves. We’d spend hours riding our bikes around the neighborhood or playing soccer in the park. So, even though my circle was small, those friendships were really deep and full of unforgettable moments.

4. Do you like making friends?
Yes, I do enjoy making friends, but I wouldn’t say I’m the type to befriend just anyone. I believe in quality over quantity when it comes to friendships. I love connecting with people who have similar interests or outlooks on life. I think when you meet someone you really click with, it’s such a breath of fresh air. It gives you a chance to learn something new from them and broaden your horizons.
