3. Did you lose anything important before?
Nhận xét: Câu hỏi sử dụng thì quá khứ đơn, vậy các bạn cần đảm bảo không trả lời bằng thì hiện tại nếu không sẽ mất điểm. Việc viết ra chính xác ngữ pháp rồi luyện theo scripts sẽ giúp bạn tránh điều này. Ngoài ra để gia tăng sự đa dạng ngữ pháp cho câu trả lời mình sẽ sử dụng thêm thì quá khứ hoàn thành.

Yes, I have found valuable items on a couple of occasions in the past. Most recently, I have spotted a lost wallet which had hundreds of dollars inside as I was in my university restroom. I then brought it to the faculty office to have it returned. Just a few hours later, the wallet’s rightful owner called and thanked me profusely. He even popped into my class to give me a cup of coffee, as well as a 20 bucks reward.
5. If you lost your phone what could you do?
Nhận xét: câu hỏi này yêu cần chúng ta dùng cấu trúc câu điều kiện loại 2, nên các bạn chú ý khi chia động từ sẽ có I could/would + V nhé.
If I were to lose my phone, I could google: “find my phone” which will provide me with its last-known location. In fact, two years ago I did just that and found my phone at a local pub where I met my friends the weekends prior.
