1. What do you think is the retirement age for men and women?

To my mind, retirement age should be based on professions or case-by-case basis rather than genders. For example, those working in professions that require intensive manual labor should be given an early retirement, at about 55, while white-collar workers like doctors, teachers, etc should work longer. That said, for many people, the retirement age does not necessarily mean they will become useless and stop contributing to the betterment of society.

2. What kinds of qualities do people need to run their own business?

Well, I suppose there’s a number of attributes a person needs to possess in order to become a successful entrepreneur. First and foremost, no good businessman becomes thwarted by a loss or defeat so people need to be determined and see failure as another opportunity for success when starting their own business. On top of that, they must possess a high level of confidence to be able to take risks and responsibility when necessary.

3. What do you think are the key factors that contribute to the success of a business?

Well, while many assume that success is largely based on luck, I am convinced that there’s a handful of other factors that make a thriving business. Having a plan at the outset is a prerequisite for success. This will help a business not to go astray but rather focus on its main goal. Another equally important factor is perseverance, which could help it stay afloat in perilous times, such as the on-going covid-19 pandemic.

As far as I’m concerned, there are a variety of contributors to the prosperity of a business. Having a good plan is a prerequisite if a company wants to take off. What I’m saying here is a company needs to focus on developing clarity about where the business is going in order to communicate it to staff, investors and the wider world. Another factor that is of great importance is sales, which injects revenue into a business. Ideas are great, but without sales to accompany them, they will likely fail.

5. What kinds of qualities should a successful businessman have?

I suppose there are certain attributes that effective entrepreneurs should possess. One that should never be overlooked is leadership skills, including the ability to communicate well, handle and delegate responsibilities and motivate their workers. In addition, what makes a great leader is also the ability to forecast what changes or obstacles that his business may run into in order to adapt easily with new trends and keep the company afloat.

6. What are some emerging industries that you know?

To the best of my knowledge, gaming is one of the fastest growing industries now, which involves in the development, marketing, and monetization of video games. It encompasses dozens of job disciplines and its component parts employ thousands of people worldwide. Another industry that is also in its early stages of development is Artificial Intelligence, which I think is not always reliable but becoming more and more ingrained into our everyday lives
