2. Bài mẫu
The pie charts illustrate the levels of satisfaction among undergraduate and postgraduate students with school rooms, the university cafeteria, and school facilities at a university in the United Kingdom in 2007.
Overall, the majority of students in both groups expressed high levels of satisfaction with all three aspects. While postgraduates generally reported slightly higher satisfaction than undergraduates with school rooms and the cafeteria, undergraduates were noticeably more satisfied with school facilities.
With regard to school rooms, the proportions of students who were very satisfied were almost identical in both groups, accounting for 62% of undergraduates and 63% of postgraduates. Similar patterns can also be observed in the remaining categories, as 25% of undergraduates and 23% of postgraduates reported being not satisfied, while 13% and 14% respectively indicated that they were quite satisfied.
Turning to the university cafeteria, postgraduates showed a considerably higher level of approval. Specifically, 73% of postgraduate students were very satisfied, compared with only 52% of undergraduates. By contrast, dissatisfaction was more common among undergraduates, at 26%, whereas this figure stood at just 11% for postgraduates. The proportions of those who were quite satisfied were 22% and 16% respectively.
Regarding school facilities, a striking contrast can be seen between the two groups. While a substantial 85% of undergraduates reported being very satisfied, less than half of postgraduates (43%) shared this view. This notable difference suggests that postgraduate students may have higher expectations when evaluating university facilities.
