Overall, the campus is expected to become considerably more developed and better equipped in the future. Several new facilities will be added, including two genetics buildings, a bio-imaging centre and a staff car park, while the road system and some existing buildings will be reorganised and expanded.
Body Paragraph 1 – Present campus

2. Bài mẫu
The diagrams illustrate the current layout of a university biomedical campus and the proposed changes planned for the site in the future.
Overall, the campus is expected to undergo substantial redevelopment, with the addition of several new facilities and an improved transport layout. Notable changes include the construction of two genetics buildings, a bio-imaging centre and a staff car park, while the biotechnology area will be expanded considerably.
At present, the northern part of the campus mainly consists of green space containing several trees, alongside a car park located in the top-right corner. A road runs horizontally through the middle of the site, separating the upper and lower sections. In the southern half, there is a laboratory on the left, a biochemistry building positioned vertically near the centre and a genetics facility to its right. Another lab is situated on the far right, while a biotechnology building occupies the bottom-right corner. A central walkway extends from north to south through this section.
In the future plan, the campus will become far more developed. The upper-left area will be converted into a new Genetics 1 building, while a bio-imaging centre will be constructed near the top centre. Although the car park in the northeast will remain unchanged, the green area will be reduced significantly. In the lower section, the biochemistry building will be redesigned into a larger diagonal structure, and a small laboratory will be added nearby. To the right of the walkway, a new Genetics 2 facility will be introduced, while the biotechnology building will be enlarged substantially. In addition, a staff car park and several new roads will be added around the campus.
