Overview – Nêu 3 xu hướng chính:

Hạ tầng được nâng cấp: đường mòn (tracks) được thay bằng đường nhựa (roads).
Đất nông nghiệp chuyển đổi: từ canh tác sang du lịch và năng lượng tái tạo.
Thay đổi công trình: một số công trình bị di dời hoặc được bổ sung mới.

Body Paragraph 1 – Thay đổi ở phía Tây

Khu vực trồng cây ăn quả, trái mềm, rau củ giữ nguyên.
Bổ sung: cửa hàng nông trại (farm shop), bãi đỗ xe (parking).

2. Bài mẫu

The two diagrams illustrate the layout of Beechwood Farm in 1950 and its present configuration.

Overall, the location has undergone major redevelopment, from an agrarian site into a more diversified area combining farming, tourism, and renewable energy. Notable changes include replacing former tracks with roads and converting farmland for recreational and energy purposes.

In the northwest, the three plots of fruit trees, soft fruits, and vegetables have remained intact. However, a farm shop has been added adjacent to the fruit trees, accompanied by a parking lot on the opposite side of the road. The original eastward tracks leading from the highway have been upgraded to paved roads, improving access across the site.

Meanwhile, significant changes are more apparent in the eastern section. The former sheep pasture has been removed and replaced by a campsite in the upper central area, a solar farm in the northeast, and an additional parking space along the road. Initially north of the farmhouse, the barn has been relocated to the south, close to the vegetable field and is now connected to the three-way junction. The site has also witnessed a row of holiday cottages constructed in the barn’s former position, while the farmhouse and chicken enclosure have remained unchanged along the river.
