1. Bài mẫu (Sample)
I remember going to a Vietnam-Japan food festival a few years ago in Hanoi with my family and relatives. It was an annual food fair celebrating the diverse and beloved cuisines of the two nations, held in a large square just out in front of My Dinh Stadium.
The venue was arranged into sections by three courses of a meal. Each section were a few walking paths lined with stalls on both sides, and benches at either end, all buzzing with activities: people in toques and chefs’ whites cooking up a storm, swirling eggs over a sizzling pan, folding into golden fluffy omelets then flipping and tossing them up in the pan, servers darting in and out of the kitchen, and customers slurping up steamy bowls of cloudy ramen broth.
I sampled most of the sweet treats there, and there were two that stood out to me. One was ‘mochi’. The small and dainty rice balls had a delightful taste: the dough was gooey, the chocolate paste inside was melty, smooth and luscious, not to mention the mild and delicate coconut bits on top. Then there was the ‘bánh rán đường’, or Vietnamese brown sugar glazed rice donuts.
The outside was coated with caramelized brown sugar and was glistening, so inviting that I could not resist it but going through a whole box of six donuts in one go. Those were such satisfying, indulgent bites: sweet, rich, crispy with a hint of nuttiness from the mashed mung bean filling; my family kept raving about them on our way home.
Overall, I had a wonderful time feasting at the culinary festival. I was so pleased with the quality of the food that I cannot wait to come back for more.

Part 3:
1. What sports do young people like?
Young people are drawn to e-sports, I guess because of the visual spectacles: they like to be amazed by extraordinary/supernatural characters’ abilities such as teleportation or shooting power blasts. The young generation are also hooked on pickleball, a tennis, badminton and pingpong hybrid. The appeal of the sport is that it is low-impact: people gently tap the ball over the net as opposed to hitting it hard in tennis.
2. What kind of people do extreme sports?
People who engage in extreme sports are often adventurous souls. They are after the thrills and floods of adrenaline of those experiences. Parkour traceurs often say they feel incredible after successfully executing a dangerous move, like a double or triple somersaults with twists and landing on two feet.
3. Should people take more into account the risks that extreme sports may bring?
Yes, people should definitely weigh the risks presented by risky sports. By doing this they can avoid putting themselves in harm’s way, either by getting the right training or withdrawing from the activity in the first place. Failing to take calculated risks with those sports, people may have to pay with their lives, such as rock climbers or rooftoppers falling to their death.
4. Why do people keep inventing new and slightly dangerous sports?
Apart from the excitement and exhilaration people are addicted to that I just mentioned, people invent extreme athletic activities to push/challenge their bodies. With elite athletes, it can even be to reach the pinnacle/zenith/top of human physical performances, which is not only publicly recognized but also immensely rewarding.
