1. What can children learn from their parents or grandparents?
There are countless new things and knowledge that parents and grandparents could impart to younger generations. For starters, they’re experienced professionals in their respective fields, so they could give children counseling on how to select the best line of work to pursue, or which career path is most suitable. Children could also learn financial skills such as managing monthly spending or budgeting for different expenses. Lastly, parents and grandparents can teach children ways to maintain friendships and relationships, which is undoubtedly an important thing to know for adulthood.

2. From whom can children learn more, parents or grandparents?
I guess it’s the former. Unlike grandparents, parents live with children under the same roof and have more exposure to them; therefore, parents’ influence is much greater. In their daily life, children could learn good habits like discipline, tidiness, and so on from their parents, simply by observing. Although grandparents have a greater wealth of knowledge, the little time they could spend with their grandkids leaves little opportunity for learning.

3. What kind of help do you think older people need?
In their old age, as people’s health has deteriorated, they would undoubtedly need medical help to alleviate health problems and fight off diseases. Their bodies might become so frail that they can’t do any heavy lifting, and may need somebody to do their chores for them. Old people may also have diminished mental faculties and could require help with remembering their tasks, taking medicines, or even simply recalling where they are and what they are doing. To put it in a nutshell, the elderly need help with numerous things, really.
