1. Can you often see wildlife in Vietnam?
In the city, not really. It’s not like there are a lot of wild animals running around in Hanoi or other Vietnamese cities (besides pigeons I guess). The only place where you could see wildlife living in captivity is the Hanoi city zoo, where there are monkeys, peacocks, porcupines, and maybe some large animals like hippos and tigers. However, in far-flung provinces where there are vast forests or mountainous terrain, people could come across plenty of elephants used for transport by locals or rare breeds of birds living in nearby forests.

2. Do you think wildlife is popular among children in Vietnam?
I doubt that. Surely there are still children who are fascinated by wild animals and love watching wildlife documentaries, but they are the few. Most children nowadays are on their phones playing video games all day or watching superhero cartoons (I think).

3. Are there many documentary films about wildlife in Vietnam?
Well of course! Vietnam is one of the most biologically diverse countries in the world, so there are plenty of documentaries covering our country’s endemic species. You could watch programs giving you an in-depth look into the behaviors of rare mountainous chimpanzees and monkeys in northern regions, or creatures native to the tropical forests in the central regions of Vietnam.
