Paraphrase đề bài: The table illustrates the distribution of male and female workers across several employment sectors in a particular country over three decades (1986, 1996, and 2006).

The service sector accounted for the highest employment rate among both genders across all years. - (2) Điểm nổi bật:
Men were more likely to work in industry-related fields, while women showed a greater presence in agriculture.
Body 1: Số liệu về nam giới ở cả 3 năm
- Nêu tỷ lệ nam giới trong các lĩnh vực như industry, agriculture, services.
- So sánh tăng giảm giữa các năm.
- Chỉ ra xu hướng (ví dụ: giảm dần trong agriculture, tăng nhẹ trong services).
Body 2: Số liệu về nữ giới ở cả 3 năm
- Nêu tỷ lệ nữ trong từng lĩnh vực.
- Nhấn mạnh ngành nông nghiệp phổ biến với nữ giới (nếu đúng số liệu).

2. Bài mẫu (Sample)
It has been observed that people have a tendency to allocate less time for their families. This essay shall discuss the reasons, as well as provide several consequences from this trend.
Some reasons can explain why family time might no longer be prioritized. To begin with, certain people cannot spend time with their close ones due to the increasing workload and career-related engagements. As people advance their careers, they receive more responsibilities, which leads to more work and time they are obligated to spend on. As a result, these career-oriented individuals spend less time at home, and at times they might not go home and prefer to stay at the company to finish their jobs. For instance, manager-level executives and board members go on business trips at regular intervals to examine the efficiency and performance of numerous departments in the company, thus rarely returning home and disregarding familial obligations. Another reason can be found in generational gap, which is the difference of ideologies and sociocultural values between parents and their children. Because different generations have varied traditions and values, differences of opinions between family members can occur, resulting in family strife. Examples of children having arguments with their families due to differences in political beliefs and cultural values are seen frequently, which may create lasting impacts.
Several consequences from family neglect are damaging. For those who are willing to cast aside their family members for career obligations, their close ones will eventually not care for them anymore. Since care is a two-way route, if family members realize that they are not cared for emotionally, they will stop worrying about careerists, and instead move on and have better lives. This is why love affairs and divorce rates are commonly high in families that have members who confess to having prioritized their jobs over their relatives. Additionally, family members who have different ideologies and sociocultural values are prone to have frequent and prolonged arguments, which last for a long time, and eventually, lead to loss of contact. Examples of children abandoning their family members due to them having different political stances, sexual identities, or cultural views are well-documented, in which the commonality can be explained by generational gap. Parents in past eras experienced and learnt more conservative ideals during their childhood, and children of newer generations are exposed to more liberal ideologies. This leads to cultural strifes that can be hard to be remedied.
Overall, career-centrism and generational differences in sociocultural views contribute to spending less time with family members, which may lead to unfortunate consequences such as familial neglect, and losing communication. It is suggested that a work-life balance, and a compromise of ideals, or a set of rules should be established to avoid family-related issues, while ensuring quality family time.
