1.1. Đề bài Internet News
Many people no longer read newspapers or watch TV news programmes. Instead they get news about the world from the Internet. Is this a positive or negative development?
(Nhiều người hiện nay không còn đọc báo giấy hoặc xem các chương trình tin tức trên TV nữa. Thay vào đó, họ cập nhật tin tức về thế giới thông qua Internet. Đây là một sự phát triển tích cực hay tiêu cực?)
1.2. Phân tích đề bài
- Dạng bài: Discussion
Đưa ra ý kiến liệu rằng xu hướng phát triển được nêu trong đề bài là tích cực hay tiêu cực. - Từ khoá chính: no longer read newspaper, watch TV news progammes, instead, from the Internet.

1.3. Dàn bài chi tiết
Introduction (Mở bài): Paraphrase đề bài và chỉ ra rằng đây là xu hướng tích cực.
- Ý 1: giúp phát triển sự thịnh vượng
- Ý 2: giúp dễ tiếp cận với các loại dịch vụ cần thiết
Body 1 (Thân bài 1):
- Point 1: Việc tiếp cận thông tin qua Internet giúp người đọc chủ động hơn trong việc lựa chọn nội dung và mở rộng phạm vi thông tin mà họ có thể tìm kiếm.
- Explanation: Do thời lượng và dung lượng có hạn, báo in hay các chương trình phát sóng thường lựa chọn đưa tin liên quan đến một số lĩnh vực quan trọng và mang tính thời sự.Với Internet, người dùng có thể dễ dàng tra cứu và theo dõi tin tức thuộc bất kỳ chủ đề nào mà họ quan tâm.
- Example: Những người yêu thích Lịch sử hoặc Thiên văn học có thể dễ dàng tìm kiếm thông tin trên Internet về các sự kiện lịch sử hay thông tin về các hành tinh trong vũ trụ – vốn là những nội dung hiếm khi được đề cập trong các bản tin hay báo chí.
Body 2 (Thân bài 2)
- Point 2: Sự tiện lợi và linh hoạt của Internet không chỉ đa dạng hoá nguồn thông tin được tiếp cận mà còn cho phép người dùng cập nhật tin tức một cách nhanh chóng, chủ động và dễ dàng hơn so với trước đây.
- Explanation: Thay vì phải chờ đợi tới khung giờ bản tin đó được phát mới có thể xem tin tức, người đọc hoàn toàn có thể tra cứu tin tức trên điện thoại.Thậm chí, các trang mạng tin tức được cập nhật liên tục, nhanh chóng hơn.
Conclusion (Kết luận):
- Summarize – khái quát lại các ý chính đã nêu trong bài, khẳng định lại quan điểm của mình – đây là một xu hướng tích cực.
2. Bài mẫu
In recent years, technological advancements have transformed how people access news, as traditional media outlets such as newspapers or TV broadcasts have become less common than online sources. From my perspective, the vast accessibility and active audience reach of digital news represent a positive development.
To commence with, getting news through the Internet provides people with access to a wide range of information across diverse topics. Due to the limitations in publication space and broadcast time, traditional media outlets tend to prioritize widely discussed issues and breaking news in major fields such as politics, economics and education. Thus, audiences may not always find content that aligns with their personal preferences. However, using the Internet helps users mitigate those constraints by allowing them to actively select and explore topics that they are genuinely interested in, rather than passively consuming pre-selected information. For instance, people who are interested in space or history can learn about stars and planets or search for historic events on the Internet, while such content is occasionally delievered by maínstream media. Therefore, it is evident that online news platforms enable people to stay informed efficiently based on their personal interests.
In addition to diversifying access to news, online news sources make news consumption more flexible and convenient than ever before. Accessing news through traditional news platforms requires audieces to follow fixed broadcast schedules, which means that they have to wait for hours to watch a particular program. This might be inconvenient for them, especially when they have a need for updated news immediately. Meanwhile, the Internet helps ease those problems as people can get access to news online within seconds using various digital devices to search for any topics of interest. People can follow news anytime and anywhere, making the experience more efficient and convenient. For instance, they can stay updated with the latest information on well-known websites such as BBC without relying on scheduled broadcasts.
In conclusion, the transition from traditional media to online news is a positive development as it not only enhances accessibility but also enables real-time updates, making news consumption more convenient and efficient.
