Cách tiếp cận hợp lý:

1.3. Dàn bài chi tiết
Mở bài
- Paraphrase đề bài.
- Nêu rõ sẽ thảo luận cả hai quan điểm.

2. Bài mẫu
There has been a long-standing debate about the true purpose of education. Some argue that it should primarily prepare individuals to contribute to society, while others believe that education should focus on helping people achieve their personal ambitions. While both perspectives have merit, I believe that education should aim to fulfill both roles, with slightly greater emphasis on personal development.
On the one hand, education plays a crucial role in ensuring that society functions effectively. Schools and universities equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to enter the workforce and contribute to economic growth. Professionals such as doctors, engineers, and teachers are all products of formal education systems. Moreover, education instills important social values, including responsibility, cooperation, and respect for others. Countries like Germany and Japan, for example, have strong vocational and academic systems that prepare students to meet labor market demands, thereby strengthening national development. From this perspective, education serves as the foundation of a stable and prosperous society.
On the other hand, many believe that the main purpose of education is to help individuals pursue their own dreams and ambitions. Every person has unique talents and interests, and education provides the tools needed to develop them. When students are encouraged to pursue their passions, they are more motivated and likely to achieve outstanding results. For instance, Steve Jobs pursued his personal vision and creativity, which eventually led to innovations that transformed modern technology. This shows that when individuals realize their ambitions, they can also make meaningful contributions to society.
In conclusion, although preparing individuals to serve society is an essential function of education, I believe that supporting personal ambitions is equally, if not more, important. When individuals are given opportunities to grow and pursue what they truly value, they not only achieve personal fulfillment but also contribute positively to the wider community.
