1. What rules should children follow at home in your country?
I believe that children in Vietnam should follow two rules: curfews and screen time limit. The former protects children against pedophiles or kidnappers, who often roam around late at night and pounce on unsuspecting, unsupervised children. Meanwhile, the latter makes sure the young ones are not addicted to technological devices, as this preoccupation can distract them from studying.
2. On what occasions can children be forgiven if they don’t follow some rules? (get away with)
One instance when children’s rule-breaking behaviors can be overlooked is with minor offenses for the first time, like forgetting to put away toys after playing. Another situation is when they truly have a legitimate reason for not following the rules, like having an accident on their way to school and so not being able to show up.
3. What rules should people follow when using public transport?
When riding public transport, people need to follow some unspoken and unwritten etiquettes like not cutting lines or shoving their way into the cabin. Also, it is clear that they are required to pay the fare, otherwise they will be pushed out of the vehicle.
4. What kinds of rules do people need to follow in public places?
In public spaces, individuals need to both keep noises to a minimum and use gentle language. Failure to do so will not only be frowned upon but might also be charged with disorderly conduct, which is punishable by hefty fines or permanent bans from such places.
5. What are the reasons that cause people to break rules?
Many people do not obey regulations because they are defiant by nature. In other words, they always refuse to be dictated by all the rules laid down for them. Another reason is that they find the requirements outrageous, like they would disregard rules against boys and girls making friends with each other.
6. When people break rules, how would they be punished in your country?
If people fail to follow rules, punishments would range from warning to having all privileges revoked like i mentioned in part 2. If they break the laws, meanwhile, penalties can be as harsh as incarceration or death penalties.
