1. Do you always bring a lot of keys with you ?
Yeah. I’ve always got a bunch of keys in my pocket or my backpack. It includes all of the types of keys that a person must have, say, one key to my house’s front door, one to my sister’s apartment, and of course my scooter key. I even own one or two very suspicious-looking keys that I have no clues why they are there, but it feels like, my keys and I, we’re inseparable.
2. Have you ever lost your keys?
Sad to say, yes, I have. Come to think about it, there was this one time losing my keys left me nothing but a sense of embarrassment. You see, I used to ride a motorcycle to my former work place, and each time when I finished parking it, I would just leave the keys hanging there in the keyhole. And my boss would always be the one who found them there. He told everyone at work about how absent-minded I was, actually I still am sometimes, and they just laughed at me.
3. Do you often forget the keys and lock yourself out?
I do lose the key to my motorcycle at times, but fortunately, never have I ever locked myself out of the house by any chance. I know many people can get themselves involved in this kind of accident, that’d be a bummer for sure. But I must say I don’t even know how to react were I ever be in that situation.
4. Do you think it’s a good idea to leave your keys with a neighbour?
I guess in my case, that’s a no. It’s not that my neighbors and I don’t maintain a good relationship, it’s just my insecurity that makes me afraid of trusting people, especially with my keys. I tend to overthink things and wonder about “what-ifs” so much that I have long decided not to risk giving my keys to anyone but families.
