1.3. Dàn bài chi tiết
Body 1: Đồng ý chính phủ & các công ty lớn đóng vai trò chủ chốt hơn
→ Lí do: Vấn đề môi trường quá nghiêm trọng, đòi hỏi những thay đổi về chính sách và nguồn đầu tư lớn — điều mà chỉ nhà nước và các doanh nghiệp lớn mới có thể cung cấp được.
→ Ví dụ: Chính phủ đề xuất và áp dụng các chính sách để kiểm soát mức xả thải và xử lý phế phẩm; các doanh nghiệp phải thực hiện trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp (CSR).
Body 2: Người dân vẫn có thể đóng góp cho việc bảo vệ môi trường
→ Cá nhân khi phối hợp với nhau vẫn có thể đem lại những thay đổi lâu dài.
→ Ví dụ: Thay đổi lối sống và áp dụng các thói quen bảo vệ môi trường trong đời sống hằng ngày.
→ Hành vi của người tiêu dùng có thể gây áp lực lên chính phủ và các công ty để phát triển theo hướng bền vững hơn; đồng thời, những nỗ lực bảo vệ môi trường từ chính phủ cũng cần được người dân gìn giữ và thực hiện.
2. Bài mẫu
Environmental deterioration has garnered heated debates in recent years. Some people are convinced that ordinary citizens are unable to make a meaningful difference and that only the authorities and large corporations can address these issues properly. While I agree that these institutions play the most influential role, I believe individuals are also essential contributors to environmental protection.
On the one hand, the government and big organizations are undoubtedly in the best position to tackle environmental degradation. This is primarily because environmental problems such as climate change, air pollution or deforestation have become so severe and wide-ranging. Therefore, they require coordinated policies, substantial funding, and advanced technology that only major institutions could provide. An example of this is the implementation of policies like carbon taxes or waste management laws, which could only be coordinated and enacted by the authorities to combat global warming and pollution. Meanwhile, big companies are expected to uphold Corporate Social Responsibility, which requires them to operate in an environmentally friendly manner. For instance, many large corporations have begun transitioning to greener production methods and investing heavily in renewable energy in response to both government regulations and public pressure. Without the involvement of these powerful institutions, environmental progress would likely remain limited and fragmented.
However, I believe the public can also contribute towards improving the environment. Although the impact of one person may appear insignificant, the collective actions of millions of people can lead to substantial changes over time. Simple everyday practices, such as reducing plastic consumption, conserving electricity, using public transport, and recycling household waste, can significantly reduce environmental harm when widely adopted. Furthermore, public behaviour often influences governmental and corporate decision-making. As consumers become more environmentally conscious, companies are increasingly encouraged to adopt sustainable practices in order to maintain their reputation and profitability. At the same time, extensive conservation efforts made by the government could still be thwarted by people not being environmentally responsible in their daily lives. Therefore, the citizens themselves still have the duty to raise their awareness and ensure that the environmental improvements implemented by the government are properly maintained.
In conclusion, although governments and organizations are more competent at resolving environmental challenges, I would contend that a combined contribution from both the states and the general public is essential for long-term environmental protection.
