2. Should parents always encourage their children?
I don’t see why not, children are very vulnerable to negative influences so encouragement from parents could give them more strength and power to stay away from these. For example, if a child has always been motivated to comply with a set of moral codes, he’s less likely to harm others or commit illegal acts.

3. Do you think negative feedback is more important than positive feedback? Why?
I would beg to differ because life is already full of negativity so I don’t think negative comments should be viewed as more essential than positive ones. Of course it’s irrefutable that negative feedback can help an individual be aware of their own shortcomings and work on that, too much of them can render him depressed or suffer from other mental problems, which runs counter to the purpose of giving feedback.
